Sales Executive – Business Development
UAQ Free Trade Zone is looking for a Sales Executive to support and manage relationships with channel partners and agents.
This role is central to ensuring smooth coordination across departments, efficient handling of partner requests, and timely processing of licenses and visa services.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a company formation or free zone environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven setup.

Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 6,000 + KPI-driven commissions + Visa & Medical
What You’ll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for channel partners and agents.
- Handle inquiries related to pricing, packages, licenses, and visa services.
- Assist partners in using the partner portal effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to process trade licenses and visas efficiently.
- Review and manage commission invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Monitor and maintain SLA compliance across all partner interactions.
- Track requests and maintain accurate records within internal systems.
- Communicate regularly with partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare reports on partner activities, performance, and challenges.
What You Should Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Mandatory experience in a Free Zone or company formation environment.
- Strong understanding of trade license and visa processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and relevant software tools.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
